Main responsibilities

  • Improving ULS’ market position, generating organic sales growth by targeting new B2C leads through our conveyancing comparison websites and estate agency partners.
  • Ensuring call targets are met by making outbound sales calls to B2C leads, generating new conveyancing instructions whilst ensuring a high standard of conversion to ensure profitable revenue for the business. (80%)
  • Building rapport with customers using a consultative approach using different sales techniques to deliver the businesses sales quota.
  • Outbound sales calls to leads 7 days after conversion to overcome any objection with the product selected. (10%)
  • Being a brand ambassador; ensuring the customers interests at the forefront of everything we do.
  • Maintenance of a CRM/telephone system to ensure accurate activity is logged for reporting purposes allowing the business to identify trends and training needs. (5%)
  • Using email as an additional touch point with our customers to increase engagement. (5%)
  • Planning pitches and selling techniques, working with the team to develop proposals that meet the businesses and customers’ objectives and needs.

Skills required:

  • Previous telephone sales experience preferred, although training will be provided.
  • Ability to work and excel in a target driven environment.
  • Experience in working as part of a team or individually.

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce Test Engineer with strong analytical problem solving and troubleshooting abilities. You will need to have good experience creating test scenarios, test cases, and test data in a Salesforce environment. You will have the ability to analyse defects and provide root-cause analysis. Experience in working on with test management tools and knowledge of Agile methodology.

Main responsibilities:

As a Salesforce Test Engineer, you will form a key part of a cross-functional development team responsible for delivering a new Salesforce based CRM & eCommerce platform. You will adopt QA practices that align with Agile principles and follow the agile methodology for salesforce testing and traditional-based software lifecycles as per the different project requirements.

Skills required:

  • Experience of testing Salesforce systems
  • Be comfortable with rest API’s and the current tool sets used for testing API’s

  • ADM201, one other Salesforce certification and/or relevant Trailhead track record

Role Overview

ULS technology is hiring an action-oriented, data driven, customer focused, commercial Marketing Manager to join us on the journey of making buying, selling and owning a home better. Currently, we are focused on designing and delivering digital solutions that help mortgage intermediaries, lenders and other introducers find the best conveyancing solutions for their clients, and help those clients enjoy a better home moving experience.

As Marketing Manager, you’ll lead by example and collaborate across the organisation. Your work will drive business growth, be customer focused and ensure that our propositions are being communicated in the most effective and impactful way.

Main responsibilities

  • Design, build & execute the company’s marketing strategy through the creation and implementation of an impactful and measurable marketing plans
  • Managing the development and delivery of creative, lead-generating email content to both existing customers and prospects
  • Ensuring all content and communication is contextually right, personal & relevant
  • Formulating and implementing the company’s social media strategy for multiple brands, driving results through engagement and audience growth
  • Measuring and reporting performance of marketing campaigns and their ROI
  • Using web analytics software to monitor performance of websites and make recommendations for improvement
  • Taking the strategic lead on the delivery of new digital assets, such as marketing websites, when required
  • Continuously improving the data structure and integrity of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to allow more personalised, segmented marketing communications

Overview

Reporting to the Head of Product, the Product Manager will join a growing team.  They will be responsible for the planning, strategy and execution of the products that will add value to customers.  The Product Manager is expected to work collaboratively with varying stakeholders you will oversee user research, test solutions and apply strong analysis all to set a roadmap which delivers leading tech that solves user problems.

This PM will lead a product workstream helping movers setup and manage their new homes – they will aim to reduce the admin burden on movers, by utilising the data we have in order to help movers get the best deals and services setup.  This person will have digital experience of personal finance/admin, utilities switching or price comparison, as well as some exposure to consumer focussed CRM.  They will be data driven and get energy from solving consumer problems and helping them save money.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and energetic Salesforce business analyst to help us deliver an exciting greenfield product based on Salesforce and develop best-in-class processes and tools.

You will work closely with product managers to elicit, understand, and interpret business requirements to form a detailed product backlog.  Fundamental to your success will be the ability to fully understand your subject, see past a user request, understand the real requirement and be able to communicate the solution to the user and the development team in language appropriate to each audience.

You will work closely with developers to design solutions.  Being a key member of the team, you will be contribute to all agile ceremonies and be especially prominent during backlog refinement sessions, ensuring requirements are carefully analysed and user stories clearly communicated.

You will be expected to contribute to the administration of the salesforce environment, and manage delivery of requirements to customers.  You will have responsibility for customer satisfaction and success, from inception to delivery to live support.

The role will entail working with other product team, both inside and outside of ULS.  Communications with the sales, marketing, and customer services teams will also form an essential part of your role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • 5+ years Salesforce experience, including relevant Administrator and Consultant certifications
  • Previous experience with Sales, Service and Community Clouds.

  • Ability to articulate design decisions and rationale behind them.
  • Experience in designing, planning and facilitating user research and user testing in order to discover, capture, and document the needs of end-users, and taking ownership of them during the delivery lifecycle.
