At ULS technology, we strive to deliver an exceptional customer experience and are seeking an energetic Customer Experience Agent with a ‘customer centric’ mindset to join our busy Thame-based team.

Key Activities

This role will primarily centre around managing incoming queries about our Products and Services offered via our technology platforms. You will also be required to assist in the triage and handling of complaints. As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be providing status updates to customers on the progress of their conveyancing cases, supporting our broker and solicitor partners and liaising with internal departments to ensure an exceptional service is delivered.

On a day-to-day basis you can expect to be dealing with enquiries and complaints received by phone, email or through our online portal messaging system, checking and responding to emails in a timely and efficient manner and assisting with administrative tasks. You will be expected to perform root cause analysis on complaints received, allowing you to suggest and design improvements to the customer journey.

This role would suit a self-motivated, disciplined individual who can reliably work unsupervised to deadlines. You should cope well under pressure and with attention to detail, whilst demonstrating a high level of communication skills, professionalism and empathy to achieve positive customer outcomes.

Skills required

• GCSEs in Maths and English with a Grade B or above
• Experience in resolving complaints and improving customer satisfaction will be viewed advantageously
• Excellent customer facing skills – telephone and email manner
• Proactive and intuitive mentality
• Highly organised and manages time effectively
• Tenacious with an appetite to complete tasks

Responsibilities

This role sits in BI, within the wider team, and is primarily responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of regular reports to all areas of the business. Core duties will include keeping MI procedure & record documents up to date, using analytics to improve data accuracy and maintain validity, using business knowledge and working closely with Business Partners.

You will also be required to take on ad-hoc BI requests where a self-serve option is not available. On receipt of BI requests, you must clarify requirements, identify options to progress, prioritise and plan the work required. You will be required to update stakeholders to ensure delivery against agreed timelines and complete necessary checks to ensure the quality and accuracy of the information provided.

Key activities

  • Running of regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) via Excel, SQL and Power BI.
  • Supporting ad-hoc report requests from colleagues.
  • Communicating with key business partners to fully assess their report requirements.
  • Any other job relevant tasks requested by line manager.
  • Under supervision from the line manager, analysing data, researching reports and triangulating findings to come up with a balanced set of insights.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional Excel knowledge – Comfortable in managing complex and big excel spreadsheets and intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Excel

The role

As the Creative Designer you will be responsible for a variety of design tasks to aid in the promotion of the company and its product lines. You will be part of a small team of marketing professionals operating in a fast-paced environment.

You will bring additional skills to the team and be responsible for implementing a range of new multimedia formats.

This role will report into the Creative Marketing Manager and work closely with the Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Assistant.

Main responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and energetic salesforce developer to help us build a new and exciting product based on Salesforce and, help us build a highly performant development team using the best-in-class processes and tools.

  • Ownership of all technical aspects of Salesforce.com, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom code
  • Responsible for developing in Visualforce, Apex, Java, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements
